Before you visit:
Contact us: We’ll discuss your make, model, and needed services.
Schedule drop off: We’re able to work with most schedules (even outside normal business hours). However, YOU MUST HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO VISIT US

& what to bring
Government ID: The ATF requires we photocopy a valid government-issued ID when we intake guns.
Diagnostic Fee: $60 diagnostic fee is due at drop off. This fee is nonrefundable but goes towards the final bill.
Services: Reconfirm your needed services.
Weaponry: Bring a mag, the offending ammo, and your firearm.
Plan Ahead: the person who leaves the gun must be the one to reclaim it.
WHILE WE HAVE YOUR WEAPON
Estimate: After we inspect your gun, we’ll contact you with our findings and a cost estimate.
Changes: We’ll contact you if anything changes and discuss how to proceed.
Work Completion: Once the firearm is fixed, we’ll contact you to reconfirm the amount due and schedule a pickup appointment.
GUN PICKUP
& what to bring
Government ID: The ATF requires we photocopy a valid government-issued ID when we return guns.
Payment: The full balance is due at the time of the pickup. We prefer Venmo, but will accept cash for the exact amount, or cashier’s checks. We will not return your firearm until we’re paid in full.
Payment methods: We prefer Venmo and accept cash for the exact amount.
Caution: Whoever leaves the gun with us must be the one to reclaim it. This eliminates ATF paperwork.
